Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of bladder hemangioma.

Methods: The clinical data of a ten-year-old girl with bladder hemangioma were retrospectively analysed, and relevant literature was reviewed.

Results: The patient was treated with partial cystectomy, and the postoperative pathology is bladder cavernous angioma. No tumor recurrence was noted during a 2-year follow-up. Conclusions: Bladder hemangioma is clinically rare and often mis-diagnosed.
