A 57-year-old woman presented with right flank and abdomen pain was re-admitted 6 months after she underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for a 11 cm right upper pole renal tumor. Contrast CT showed a 10.3 cm mixed attenuation mass recurrence in the same position of her former renal tumor. Renal arteriography confirmed active bleeding from the anterior upper pole segmental branch into a 3 cm × 3 cm × 7 cm pseudoaneurysm. Percutaneous selective coil angioembolization was successfully performed. The remaining kidney parenchyma was fully preserved.
